County Health Centers

The Board of County Health Center Trustees shall not enter into contracts for the private practice of medicine. Moreover, its personnel may not practice medicine nor dispense drugs, vaccines, or serums for personal gain. County Health Center facilities are to be used solely for the care of indigents under the care of the County Commission or in the furtherance of diagnostic and communicable disease control programs. Procedures for such usage are determined through agreement between the Board and the County Commission.
