Patient Safety
The Missouri Center for Patient Safety is a private, not-for-profit foundation dedicated to being the leader in Missouri in providing solutions and resources for reducing medical errors and improving patient safety. Designated as an official Patient Safety Organization, the MCPS collects and reports information about medical errors, and takes a non-regulatory, collaborative approach bringing consumers and providers together to develop and implement strategies and systems to improve safety.
