Luncheon Speaker: Rod Jetton, Former Speaker of the House |
Rod Jetton has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and helping others succeed in Missouri politics. A proud United States Marine, he was elected to the House of Representatives in 2000. He served as Speaker Pro-Tem before being elected Speaker of the Missouri House in 2005, becoming one of the youngest legislators in state history to hold the role. During his tenure, he helped advance tax relief, tort reform, education reform, and healthcare improvements. In 2023, he returned to state government as Chief of Staff to House Speaker Dean Plocher, where he managed legislative priorities, staff operations, and strategy. Today, Rod works as a political consultant, advising numerous legislative candidates across Missouri on campaign strategy, grassroots organizing, fundraising, and communications. |
