"Fine print" in contracts isn't so fine. Our patients deserve to be treated by insured as valued customers. Unclear language stands in the way of that goal. How can an insured feel "valued" if their expected coverage gets tripped up in details that are not likely to be expected on the part of the insured? I support Resolution 5.
