MSMA Medical Student Section Governing Meeting March 23

The MSMA Medical Student Governing Board elections will be held via Zoom on March 23 at 6:30pm CST for the following positions:

• AMA Alternate Delegate
• MSMA Councilor
• MSMA Vice Councilor

The remaining governing board positions (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Resolution Committee Chairs) will be elected in person at the MSMA Annual Convention in Chesterfield at the DoubleTree by Hilton on April 10–12. Register here and make hotel reservations now!

The March 23 meeting will begin with a brief overview of the positions from the current governing board, along with a discussion of medical student opportunities and sessions at the upcoming MSMA Annual Convention. Following, we will proceed to the election, and candidates will have the opportunity to briefly introduce themselves before the voting begins. The election will follow the procedures outlined in the document below.
