All sponsors receive logo acknowledgment on MSMA’s website, on social channels, and in the Annual Convention Official Program. As sponsor contracts are received, MSMA begins publicizing your sponsoring in communications to our members. When you submit your contract, include your logo. Logos must be a high resolution, press-optimized PDF or jpeg format with fonts/graphics embedded. f your sponsorship package includes a half- or full-page advertisement in the Annual Convention Official Program, (see specifications and your sponsor criteria), advertisements must be a high resolution, press-optimized PDF or jpeg format with fonts/graphics embedded. Print creative due by March 1, 2026. Email all logos and advertisements to Lizabeth Fleenor at lfleenor@msma.org. Payment/Cancellation Payment secures contract for any sponsorship listed. View/download application. If sponsor or advertising commitment is canceled prior to March 1, 2026, a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee will be charged to sponsor. If cancellation is made after March 1, 2026, payment will be retained and designated as a contribution to the Annual Convention. MSMA reserves the right to re-sell the vacated sponsorship/space. MSMA reserves the right to refuse any application. Mail, email, and/or call MSMA with payment by March 1, 2026. Fees must be paid in full on or before March 1, 2026, to ensure the sponsor’s name is included in the designated Convention publications. Check or credit card are accepted for payment. Continuing medical education rules regulated by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education do not allow sponsorship levels in the Prospectus or the Official Program.
